1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation. Orders are not shipped on Sundays or public holidays.
2. Shipping Timelines
- Domestic Shipping (India): 3–7 business days
- International Shipping: 7–15 business days (may vary based on location)
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, courier delays, or regulatory issues.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment confirmation.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email or SMS.
You can track your shipment through our courier partner’s website using the provided tracking details.
5. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will make up to two delivery attempts to deliver your order.
If you are unavailable during delivery attempts, the package may be returned to us. In such cases, re-delivery charges may apply.
6. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damaged product and packaging.
In case of lost shipments, we will initiate an investigation with our courier partner. A replacement or refund will be processed only after verification.

- Delivery timelines may vary due to customs clearance processes
